Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BookingRelay website at bookingrelay.com and any services we provide (the “Services”). By using the site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. “BookingRelay,” “we,” and “us” refer to BookingRelay; “you” refers to you or the business you represent.

What we do

BookingRelay builds and manages marketing and automation systems for local businesses, which may include websites, an AI receptionist, a booking or CRM system, automated texting, review and referral tools, and social and paid advertising. The specific deliverables, price, and term for your engagement are set out in the proposal or agreement we provide to you, which, together with these Terms, forms our full agreement.

Fees and billing

Setup fees and monthly service fees are as stated in your proposal or order. Monthly plans are billed in advance and continue until cancelled. Fees for third-party services you ask us to run on your behalf (for example ad spend, phone or messaging usage, or software licenses) are your responsibility and are separate from our fees unless we state otherwise in writing.

Cancellation

Monthly Services are month to month and may be cancelled by either party with reasonable notice as described in your agreement. Setup fees and fees for work already performed are non-refundable. On cancellation we will help you transition, and any domains or accounts you own remain yours.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and timely access to the accounts and materials we need to do the work.
• Make sure you have the rights to any content, logos, or materials you provide to us.
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws, including rules for calls, texts, and email marketing.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to grow your business, but results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, and how you handle the leads we generate. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, revenue, or ranking. Any examples or figures shown on our site are illustrative, not a promise.

Ownership

Content you provide remains yours. Systems, templates, code, and processes we use to deliver the Services remain ours, except for the specific deliverables we agree to hand over to you. Once your engagement is paid and active, you may use the deliverables we build for your business.

Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party platforms (such as hosting, calendar, messaging, and advertising providers). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BookingRelay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
